The Client has the right to cancel the service before the provision of the service has commenced.
Once the provision of the service has commenced, as well as after the service result has been delivered, no refund will be issued.
If the service cannot be provided due to the fault of the Service Provider, the refund will be issued to the bank card used for the payment.
The Service Provider shall not be liable for any restrictions, sanctions, account suspensions, or changes to the rules of the online game that occur due to circumstances beyond the Service Provider's control.
